
Audi Q3
The Audi Q3 was recently showcased at Auto Expo India 2012. The car will be offered in four engine variants, two TDI and two TFSI units. The Audi Q3 2.0 TDI has a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 2.0 litres and a 177 hp machine making a torque of 280 to 380 Nm with direct fuel injection, turbo charging, the start-stop system, and the energy recovery system. The other TDI option comes with front-wheel drive version offering 103 kW, 140 hp. The Audi Q3 2.0 TFSI variants deliver 170 hp with a top speed of 230 km/h or 155 kW (211 hp) of power.
Audi Q3 has a minimum drag coefficient of 0.32. The standard version, a 1,500 kilograms machine, consumes less than 5.2 litres of fuel per 100 kms. Moreover, Audi Q3 is equipped with varied driving styles, which directly impacts on fuel consumption. The efficiency mode saves fuel and delivers highest mileage to the Audi Q3.

In all variants, the four-cylinder 2000cc engines include direct injection and turbo charging as well as energy recovery system and a start-stop system. The engines delivers 103 kW (140 hp) to 155 kW (211 hp) of potency, 280 to 380 Nm of torque and fuel efficiency. The hydraulic multi-plate clutch promptly powers the front and rear axle. Audi Q3 also has a dual-clutch S tronic transmission sets the clutch free. For that reason, the Q3 can rotate freely, which saves power and adds fuel efficiency. Audi Q3 can reach 100 km/h (62.14 mph) touches in 6.9 seconds and has a top speed of 230 km/h (142.92 mph).

The 2.0 TDI engine produces top-notch power up to 103 kW (140 hp) and the 2.0 TFSI, 125 kW (170 hp). The Audi Q3 comes with 130 kW (177 hp) TDI engine and 155 kW (211 hp) TFSI power packed with permanent four wheel drive and a seven-speed gearbox. The efficiency mode saves fuel and optimizes power.
The car features an Electronic stabilization program (ESP) that helps it to comfortably take even sheer turns with not an inch of skidding, thanks to minor brakes applied by the ESP with the intention of reduce the torque, consequently assisting turning. The ESP makes the trailer stable as well. A further system that is available on demand is the hold assist that maintain the Audi at an invariable speed down the hill.
The average version of Audi Q3 features 16-inch alloy wheels built-in with 215/65 tyres; the top variants feature 17-inch wheels. Audi Q3 safety features include parking assistant with alarm, resistant exterior body and xenon plus headlamps.
